About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in customer support and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day team operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer support representatives to achieve individual and team goals.

• Oversee daily operations of the customer support team, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.

• Develop and implement customer support policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance service quality.

• Monitor team performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complex issues promptly.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, QA) to improve customer experience.

• Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to foster skill development and growth.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain a positive work environment.
