Position: Customer Care Executive – Inbound

Shift Timings: Morning Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude while interacting with customers.

- Record customer interactions and update the system accurately.

- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.

- Meet quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.

- Basic computer knowledge is required.

- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work in the morning shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
