📋 Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, queries, and support requests
Provide assistance related to services
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Maintain daily records and customer interaction data
Escalate technical issues to the concerned team
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

✅ Candidate Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
Good communication skills (Hindi,English, Bangli, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam)
experienced candidates can apply
Knowledge of fintech services is an added advantage
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
