📌 Position: Customer Care Specialist – Banking Process

Role Overview
We are looking for customer-focused and confident professionals to join our banking customer service team. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell relevant banking products and services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to banking products and services.

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and appropriate solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department when required.

• Process customer transactions and maintain accurate documentation.

• Identify customer requirements and cross-sell suitable banking products.

• Maintain excellent service quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Follow professional telephone etiquette and established processes.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Intermediate/12th pass candidates are NOT eligible.

• Pursuing higher education candidates are not eligible.

• B. Pharmacy students are not eligible.

🗣️ Required Skills

• SVAR Score: 50+

• Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.

• Regional language proficiency is preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills.

• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Sound decision-making and logical reasoning skills.

• Ability to effectively handle both service and sales conversations.
