💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / WORK PROFILE

As a Customer Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to assist bank customers and provide them with a smooth and professional customer service experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handle customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally

• Assist customers with their banking-related queries and requests

• Provide accurate information regarding banking products/services

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful approach while communicating with customers

• Follow the company's customer service and banking process guidelines

• Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department when required

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and requests

• Ensure good customer satisfaction and service quality

• Meet assigned performance and service-related targets

🎓 ELIGIBILITY

• SSC & HSC Marksheet is mandatory

• Soft Copy / Hard Copy – Both accepted

• Age: 18+

• Average English Communication is mandatory

• Fluent Hindi communication

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Freshers are most welcome

💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/-

• Monthly Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹18,000/-

• Additional earnings based on performance

🕘 SHIFT & WEEK OFF

• Timing: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM

• Shift: Fixed Day Shift

• Week Off: Sunday – Fixed
