Job Role: Customer Support Executive L1

Location: HSR Layout (Work From Office)

Salary - 20k to 22k in Hand & CTC more than that

Eligibility: Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience is preferred
Languages: English and Hindi(mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely manner

• Identify and evaluate customers requirements, clarify information, and offer solutions

• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to internal teams as needed

• Cultivate enduring relationships and trust with customers through transparent communication
  

Required Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple chats, emails, or calls simultaneously

• Basic troubleshooting knowledge

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
