Job Details

• Position: Customer Service Associate

• Location: Chennai

• Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary)

• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

• Salary: ₹14,800 In-Hand per month (after PF & ESIC deductions)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries and provide excellent customer service.

• Guide customers to locate products and departments within the store.

• Operate billing counters and checkout systems.

• Scan products and process customer purchases accurately.

• Handle cash, card, and digital payments.

• Support customers in using self-service checkout machines.

• Promote ongoing offers and contribute to sales growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10+2

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

• Basic communication and customer handling skills.

• Willingness to work in a retail environment and rotational shifts.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
