Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving client issues, and providing effective solutions through both voice and non-voice support channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chats, and other support channels

• Resolve client issues efficiently and provide appropriate solutions

• Deliver excellent customer service through both voice and non-voice (blended) support

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and support

• Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining service quality

• Follow company policies, processes, and operational guidelines

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline

Experience

• Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Operations
