Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for a Domestic Process to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions over calls, chats, or emails. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and/or English and a customer-focused approach.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the domestic process
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain customer records and update information in the system
Follow company policies and quality standards
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel)
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Patience and customer-handling ability
Time management and multitasking
Willingness to learn new processes

Shift: Day shift / Rotational shift
Working Days: 6 Working days
