1. ATHER- Customer Support Associate (Non-Voice / Email Support)

• Job Role: Handle customer queries through email and provide prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions while maintaining quality standards.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a Non-Voice process

  • Excellent English communication (Written)

  • Proficiency in English + any one regional language

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

  • Willing to work in rotational shifts

• Salary & Compensation:

  • CTC: ₹23,000 per month

  • Take-Home: ₹22,500 per month

2. ATHER- Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)

• Job Role: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate or Undergraduate

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

  • Good verbal communication skills

  • English + any two regional languages (Mandatory)

  • Willing to work in rotational shifts

• Salary & Compensation:

  • CTC: ₹23,000 per month

  • Take-Home: ₹22,500 per month

3. APOLLO- Insurance Sales Executive (Sales Process)

• Job Role: Promote insurance products, generate sales, achieve monthly targets, and provide excellent customer service.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate or Undergraduate

  • Minimum 6 months of hardcore sales experience (Mandatory)

  • English + any one regional language

  • Good communication and convincing skills

  • Target-oriented mindset

• Salary & Compensation:

  • CTC: ₹25,000 per month

  • Take-Home: ₹24,500 per month
