We are hiring Customer Support Executive at Club Malwa Pvt Ltd for Ludhiana Location.

We have exciting opportunities for Fresher/Experienced Candidates for International Voice Process.

Club Malwa Pvt Ltd is an offshore development centre of American based Xpert Logs Inc. Club Malwa designs, implements and supports all of the systems deployed by Xpert Logs Inc in the American trucking industry which is the largest in the world. This is an In-Office Job.

Job Types: Full-time

Regular Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist customers with product related issues.

• Answer Phone to respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot for any technical issues

• Assist customers with installation / uninstall of our product & software.

• Assist customers with product configuration, error messages or common issues.

• Project a professional company image through phone interaction.

• Provide customers with product and service information.

• Transfer the customer appropriate department if required.

• Escalate the customer's concern to the next level if required. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Looking for both G/PG .(in any discipline).

• Candidates with/without experience in Customer support/ Technical Support can apply.

• The Candidate should be comfortable for the night shifts

Languages: English, Punjabi

Location: Basant Avenue, Ludhiana.

IMPORTANT pointer which requires your confirmation:

• Comfortable for rotational shifts: The nature of this position requires flexibility in working hours. You should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (Morning, afternoon and night shifts) as per the schedule provided by the company. Currently it's 9 hours working per day, this can be changed in future for that you have to be flexible.

• Week off discussion and no changes in week off: We understand the importance of work-life balance. Currently it's 6 days working, the week off can be any day in the week which will be informed to you in your roaster or by Manager (from Mon to Sun, any day week off can be allotted) and no week off exchange will be granted.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
