About the Role

Click Retina is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to handle multiple customer conversations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.

• Resolve customer concerns related to products, services, billing, and technical issues.

• Provide accurate information and guide customers toward appropriate solutions.

• Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department whenever required.

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

• Meet defined response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.

• Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and communication guidelines.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
