Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our subscribers. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving queries efficiently, and upholding the standards of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Assist subscribers with onboarding, plan changes, billing, and cancellations
Troubleshoot and resolve complaints related to meal plans, deliveries, and account management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams (kitchen, logistics, and sales) to resolve complex issues
Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services
Meet and consistently maintain customer satisfaction and response time targets
What We're Looking For
Upto 5 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset
Proficiency with CRM tools and support platforms
Ability to handle high volumes of queries with patience and professionalism
Interest in health, nutrition, or wellness is a plus
