Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer interactions through voice calls and emails. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Respond to customer emails promptly and accurately.

Resolve customer queries related to orders, products, payments, shipping, and delivery.

Process return, exchange, and refund requests as per company policies.

•

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
