Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Inbound Process)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an inbound process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Salary:

Up to ₹26,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently
