Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Airoli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide product/service information to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
Minimum HSC/Graduate
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory
Working Hours:
9 to 6 / 10 to 7 (depending on shift)
