Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat for international clients
• Provide prompt and effective support to customers ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers with appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow standard processes and guidelines while dealing with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in International Customer Support
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Willingness to work in the US shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
