Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Sun Knowledge Services, a US-based Healthcare BPO with operations in Kolkata. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
• Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction and response quality

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass in any discipline. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a customer-focused environment in night shift. The role involves resolving customer concerns, providing accurate information, and escalating complex issues to the relevant department when required. Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week during rotational shifts.
