We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading MNC BPO. This role involves handling customer queries through calls/chats/emails and providing timely, accurate resolutions while maintaining excellent service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally
Resolve customer issues and queries effectively
Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines
Update customer information accurately in the system
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher qualification is an advantage)
Good communication skills (verbal & comprehension)
Ability to understand customer concerns clearly
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Salary Package:
₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed Only)
