Job Summary:**

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the Voice Process

The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls professionally

* Resolve queries related to orders, payments, delivery & app issues

* Provide accurate information and quick resolutions

* Maintain high customer satisfaction

* Follow company guidelines & quality standards

* Achieve daily targets & KPIs

** Eligibility Criteria:**

* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

* Good English communication skills (Mandatory)

* Basic computer knowledge

* Comfortable with rotational shifts

* Immediate joiners preferred

** Shift Details:**

* Rotational shifts

* 9 hours (including 1-hour break)

* Rotational week off

** Shift Timing:**

*Rotational Shift or Week Offs
