Job Title: Banking Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Tidel Park

Eligibility:

 Any Graduate can apply

 Freshers are welcome

 Immediate joiners preferred

Language Requirement:

 Hindi & English

 Telugu & English

Job Responsibilities:

 Handle customer queries through voice calls

 Provide support related to banking services

 Resolve customer issues professionally

 Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹17,000 Take Home (Based on communication skills and interview performance)

Work Schedule:

 6 days working

 1 rotational week-off

 8 hours working + 1-hour break (9-hour shift)

Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
