Job Title : Customer Support Executive

Bozzo is looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent support to our riders and driver partners. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and a helpful attitude.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve rider and driver queries professionally.
Provide accurate information about bookings, payments, and app usage.
Record customer interactions and maintain reports.
Coordinate with the operations team for issue resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
Handle complaints with patience and professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
