Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or tickets.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
Requirements
Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on company policy).
Freshers can apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Preferred Skills
Customer-centric attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior BPO/customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
