Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming leads from IndiaMART, Instagram, and WhatsApp and ensure a timely response to every enquiry.
Maintain proper lead management, ensuring all enquiries are recorded and organised systematically.
Do regular and proper follow-ups with customers to keep the conversation active and move towards order confirmation.
Ensure that all communication with customers is polite, professional, and helpful.
Provide customers with correct product details, basic pricing information, and guide them towards the sales process.
Coordinate with the sales team whenever detailed quotations or discussions are required.
Maintain proper lead tracking, including enquiry status, follow-ups, and potential conversions.
Make maximum efforts to convert leads into sales by maintaining strong communication and timely follow-ups.
Ensure that no lead remains unanswered and that every enquiry receives proper attention.
