📢 Job Opening: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive (BPO)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Industry: BPO / Call Center

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Handle customer queries and maintain call quality
Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Update customer details accurately

Eligibility Criteria:

HSC / Graduates (with or without experience)
Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary & Incentives:

In-hand Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (based on interview)
Weekly + Monthly Incentives
Agents can earn up to ₹15,000 per month

Shift Details:

Fixed Shift: 10:30 AM – 07:30 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational 1 off
Working Days : 6
