Customer Support Executive

Suncrypto, a leading cryptocurrency exchange platform, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirement:

• Minimum 6 months -1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.

• Freshers can also apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency concepts.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Role and responsibility:

• Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls.

• Providing accurate and helpful information regarding Suncrypto's platform, products, and services.

• Troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues and account-related concerns.

• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour while interacting with customers.

• Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.

• Staying updated on the latest cryptocurrency trends and regulations.

We are also hiring candidates from BPO , CHAT SUPPORT, MAIL SUPPORT, CUSTOMER SERVICE , CUSTOMER SUPPORT, VOICE PROCESS, NON VOICE PROCESS.
