💰 SALARY & ELIGIBILITY
• Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
✅ Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
✅ Maintain customer records, reports, and databases.
✅ Coordinate with patients and internal departments.
✅ Perform data entry, documentation, and back-office tasks.
✅ Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience.
✅ Support daily operations and team coordination as per the assigned role.
