Job Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, providing product and service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.

Update customer records and interaction details in the system.

Follow company policies, processes, and communication guidelines.

Ensure a positive and professional customer experience during every interaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Age: 18 to 30 years.

Language Requirements

English (Mandatory)

Hindi (Mandatory)

Knowledge of Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer handling and interpersonal abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle customer conversations with patience and professionalism.

Preferred Profile

Experience in Customer Service, BPO, Voice Process, or Customer Support roles.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
