Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Service Specialist. The role involves supporting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction through excellent communication and efficient problem-solving. You will handle customer interactions through phone calls, provide a positive customer experience, and ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Experience and ensuring client retention
Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication abilities
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
