Job Opportunity: International Customer Service Specialist

Location: Kothanur, Bangalore

Position: International Service (Inbound/Outbound)

Job Overview:

Nerotel is seeking experienced professionals to join our International Customer Service team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality voice support within the healthcare domain for the US market.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: ₹29,500 – ₹30,000 CTC per month

Shift: US Shift

Working Days: 5 Days per week

Weekly Offs: Saturday and Sunday (Fixed Off)

Candidate Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent English (Written and Verbal)

Experience:Mandatory experience in an international voice process.

Preferred Background:Candidates with a background in healthcare customer support or healthcare service will be prioritized.

Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to handle both inbound and outbound customer queries effectively.
