We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Customer Support Executive to join our team in Vijay Nagar, Indore. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly while maintaining high service standards.

Salary (CTC): ₹15,000 per month

Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally.
Query Resolution: Efficiently resolve product or service issues and address customer concerns within defined timelines.
Record Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
Follow-ups: Conduct post-resolution follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to escalate complex issues for timely resolution.
Requirements:
Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and web browsing.
Attitude: Empathetic, patient, and problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
Availability: Comfortable working in rotational shifts if required.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; 0–1 year of experience in BPO or customer service is a plus.
