Processing Executive – Overseas Recruitment
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Processing Executive to support visa and documentation processes for candidates selected for international employment. The role involves coordinating with candidates, collecting required documents, and ensuring accurate data entry and record management.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and coordinate with candidates to collect required documents (passport copies, photographs, certificates, etc.).
Verify and organize documents for visa and overseas recruitment processing.
Maintain accurate records and update candidate information in Excel sheets and internal systems.
Ensure all documentation is complete and submitted within timelines.
Follow up with candidates for any missing or pending documents.
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to manage documents and follow structured processes.
