Receive incoming calls as well as make calls to clients to explore company products with professional pitching
Conduct tailored software demonstrations and presentations to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
