Job Description
Customer service executives are required to answer incoming calls from callers for Video KYC.
Assisting customers to complete their Video KYC. The target is to ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer queries
Maintain high Customer satisfaction and resolution.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer ke saath live video KYC calls conduct karna.
• Government ID documents (Aadhaar, PAN etc.) verify karna.
• Face match, liveness check aur identity confirmation karna.
• Customer ko KYC process ke steps clearly explain karna.
• Suspicious documents ya fraud attempts identify karna.
• System me customer details bhi sahi tarah update karna.
• Regulatory guidelines (RBI/SEBI/IRDAI as applicable) follow karna.
• Daily verification targets achieve karna.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: Graduation preferred
• Basic knowledge of KYC norms and customer verification
• Strong Communication Skills – varying audiences
• Hindi & English languages are mandatory, other regional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable with customer interaction on video calls
• Candidates should have a basic knowledge of banking, NBFC and KYC
