Job Summary:
Pixellab Media is hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions for multiple in-house brands. The role includes handling queries for spiritual jewellery, gifting products, and real estate services. Candidates must be flexible, customer-centric, and able to switch between categories as business needs change.
Provide customer service through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
Resolve customer complaints, service requests, and product/order queries.
Deliver high-quality support with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Manage order tracking, refunds, and replacements for e-commerce categories.
Assist leads with real estate inquiries, follow-ups, and basic information sharing.
Maintain CRM records, update customer details, and ensure timely follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and service improvement.
Ensure professional communication, problem-solving, and empathy in every interaction.
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
Ability to handle multitasking, switching between different brand categories.
Experience in customer support, call center, or BPO is a plus.
Good command of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email handling.
Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-first mindset.
