Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

We are currently hiring Customer Support Executives for leading organizations. This role involves handling customer interactions, providing exceptional support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Meet defined performance and quality targets

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (minimum 6 months experience preferred for certain roles)
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi mandatory for domestic process)
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge
