Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

We are currently hiring Customer Support Executives for leading organizations. This role involves handling customer interactions, providing exceptional support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions

• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Meet defined performance and quality targets

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (minimum 6 months experience preferred for certain roles)

• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi mandatory for domestic process)

• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach

• Basic computer knowledge
