Job Description:
Accentrix Solutions is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role involves handling customer calls, providing excellent customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to banking operations and payment processes. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints related to banking and payment processes
Provide accurate and timely information to customers to resolve issues effectively
Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution metrics
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Any graduate
Mandatory experience in banking customer support and payment processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts with 5 days working and 2 rotational offs
Comfortable working in a customer support role
