We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves handling customer calls, providing exceptional support, and addressing queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Experience range: Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years)
Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada/Hindi preferred)
Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure
Open to working 5–6 days per week during rotational shifts (day/night)
Immediate joiners preferred for Bangalore-based processes
