Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves handling customer calls, providing exceptional support, and addressing queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
  
  Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

  • Experience range: Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years)

  • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada/Hindi preferred)

  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure

  • Open to working 5–6 days per week during rotational shifts (day/night)

  • Immediate joiners preferred for Bangalore-based processes
