Make or receive calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or purchases. Maintain detailed records of interactions and escalate unresolved issues. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance metrics.
🔹 Requirements
• Excellent Hindi + Gujarati communication skills (Gujarati mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in Customer service/renewals
• HSC passed
• Age: 21–35 years
• Candidate must be available for a virtual interview.
🕘 Shift Timings
• 10 AM to 7 PM or
• 12 PM to 9 PM
(Day shift only)
💰 Salary
• ₹20,000 in hand
• 2 rotational off between Monday to Friday
