Job Summary

The Customer Support Associate is responsible for handling customer queries, complaints, returns, exchanges, and service requests through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. The role focuses on providing timely resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media channels.

• Resolve customer complaints, return, exchange, and order-related issues.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and ensure timely closure.

• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM or support systems.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns.

• Coordinate with retail stores, logistics, and operations teams for issue resolution.

• Meet customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution targets.

• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback for process improvement.

• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, retail support, or call center operations.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
