Salary:

• Freshers: ₹17,000 per month

• Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 per month

Language Requirement:

Hindi & English (Mandatory) + Any ONE Regional Language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu)

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer interactions through outbound calls in a professional manner.

• Understanding customer queries and providing accurate information and appropriate resolutions.

• Maintaining proper call records and updating customer details in the CRM system.

• Following company quality standards, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.

• Ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Meeting daily productivity, quality, and performance targets/KPIs.

• Handling customer objections and concerns effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate Freshers are eligible.

• Non-Graduates must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.

• Proficiency in any one regional language: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are required.

• Candidates must be willing to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
