Job Summary

We are hiring Relationship Officers / Sales Officers to promote and sell Home Finance products. The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge or practical exposure to Home Loans, Home Finance, and Loans Against Property (LAP), along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for Home Loans, Home Finance, and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure accurate documentation.

• Verify customer documents and coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.

• Follow up on loan applications until approval and disbursement.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professional standards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers with relevant product knowledge or candidates with up to •6 months of experience•• in Banking, Financial Services, or Sales.

Basic understanding of •Home Loans, Home Finance, and Loan Against Property (LAP)•• products.

• Strong communication skills with good proficiency in English.

• Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

• Ability to explain financial products clearly and confidently.
