Sembridge India is hiring for Customer Service Executive – Voice Process (US Healthcare).

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice calls.

• Provide professional and effective customer service.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain quality standards and meet process-related targets.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and process guidelines.

• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Salary:

• 0–6 months: ₹28,000 Gross | ₹24,920 Net

• 6–12 months: ₹32,750 Gross | ₹29,670 Net

• 12–18 months: ₹35,000 Gross | ₹31,920 Net

• 18–30 months: ₹37,500 Gross | ₹34,420 Net

Shift and Working Details:

• 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs.

• US-based rotational night shifts.

• Home pick-up and drop facility available for eligible shifts between 9:00 PM and 5:30 AM.

• Transport coverage is subject to the company's specified transport boundary.

Important Salary Information:
As part of the revised salary structure, ₹720 will be contributed towards the employee's Provident Fund (PF). This will reduce the monthly in-hand salary by ₹720 after implementation, while the same amount will be credited to the employee's PF account. There will be no change in the CTC.
