Customer Service Executive

We are hiring for the position of Executive – Customer Service with a leading global E-commerce organization. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Mulund, Mumbai, operating in the night shift (6 PM to 3 AM / 7 PM to 4 AM) with 5 working days a week. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in international customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries with professionalism. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, resolving escalations, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining documentation, monitoring customer feedback, and contributing to process improvements. The role also involves mentoring new team members and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Candidates must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, able to work under pressure, and proficient in MS Office.
