Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Voice & Email Process
Location: Palava, Mumbai
Company :- Cogent E-Services Limited

Eligibility:

Graduates only (10+2+3)
Age: 18–30 years
Fresher & experienced both can apply (0–5 years)
Language required:- HIndi and English

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls & emails
Provide accurate information and issue resolution
Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction

Skills Required:

Good English communication (spoken & written)
Basic computer knowledge
Customer handling & problem-solving skills

Shift Details:

6 Days Working | Rotational Off
Male: 24×7 rotational shifts
Female: 7 AM – 7 PM shifts

Selection Process:
HR Round → SVAR Test → Operations Round → Client Round

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 CTC/month
