Customer Service Associate

Globiva Services Pvt Ltd is hiring enthusiastic Customer Service Associates to support leading banking clients like Kotak, RBL, and Border Plus. This is a full-time role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound queries and ensuring excellent service delivery. Candidates must be fluent in English and one regional language (Tamil, Marathi, Malayalam, or Gujarati) to serve diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries related to banking services and products.

• Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining high service quality.

• Build positive customer relationships by ensuring clear communication in English and regional language.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system

• .Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.

• Meet daily/weekly performance metrics like call handling time, resolution, and quality.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, process guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate (any discipline).

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of customer service/BPO experience.

• Excellent communication skills in English + one regional language (Tamil, Marathi, Malayalam, Gujarati).

• Basic computer literacy and good typing skills.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Job Details

• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on process and profile).

• Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts.

• Week Off: 1 rotational weekly off.

• Employment Type: Full-time.
