We are hiring for Customer Service Associate for one of our Premium Client in Mohali location.

Job Description -

We are looking for a highly motivated and communication-driven Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, interacting directly with customers to resolve queries, handle complaints, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities -

• Customer Support: Manage inbound and outbound customer queries.

• Issue Resolution: Understand customer pain points, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner.

• Relationship Management: Build strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

• Team Collaboration: Escalate complex issues to internal teams and follow up to ensure a complete resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

• Education: Minimum of a 10+2 & Any Graduate can apply.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, fast typing speed.

• Soft Skills: Active listening, high emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts from 9 AM to 9 PM.

• 6 Working Days.

SALARY -

20 K to 25 K in Hand.
