good relationship with customer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and chats
•The candidate should be good in handling the sales query and convert into success.
•Strong knowledge of medical equipment.
• Deepening relationships with the existing customer base of the company.
•Should be able to provide customers with detailed information on products, services & offers.
• Ability to handle all customer queries and complaints and resolved with in TAT.
• Ability to up-sell a company product to the customers.
• Responsible to work upon undelivered cases and escalate wherever necessary.
• Handling escalation cases and resolving customer queries by coordinating with product and operations team.
• Ability to build rapport in diverse workforce in a multicultural setting.
