Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and pitch ShinePoints – Reward Points Software to retail stores. Your role involves meeting store owners, explaining benefits, and enrolling them in a free trial followed by an annual subscription.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and pitch ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your city.

• Achieve revenue targets of 2× your monthly salary; overachieve for higher incentives.

• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships.

• Report daily progress to the manager remotely.

• Work independently without daily office attendance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with < 6 months experience can apply

• Language Skills: Good communication in regional language & basic English

Salary & Benefits:

• 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (~₹25,000/month take-home) + Incentives

• Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (~₹31,000/month take-home) + Incentives

• Transport allowance: ₹100/day

• Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrollment above target

• Work Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Saturday
