Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic selling and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and market research
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
Present company products/services to potential clients
Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
Follow up on leads and close sales deals efficiently
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
Ability to build long-term client relationships

Knowledge of B2B sales processes and lead generation
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
1–5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development preferred
